THE SERENITY REMEDY TSR is the technique of using Chinese longevity wisdom and practices to put your mind at peace. TSR is not associated with medicine or religion. The goal of such a remedy is to cleanse seven key pressure points and reduce tension levels. TSR is based on an Asian Yin Yang theory developed in 1871, and was qualified in 2011 by The Study of Longevity Institution in Shanghai, China. TSR incorporates music, coloring and mindful meditation with breathing exercises to teach the family and friends of Alzheimer’s and Dementia patients to transform their stress, tension and anxiety into a state of inner peace and one of greater gain.
